Graduation Diplomas
Graduates can present their graduation diploma information online by signing up. This requires them to have an imminent degree status for that particular term. If they lack the status and have reasons to believe the status provided in the site is counterfeit, as listed in the records office, they must get in touch with their educational advisors and eventually confirm with the site again as to weather the status has been rectified.
The graduation diplomas are delivered by the registration and records offices via mail. Students who posses merged degrees or double majors from identical colleges, universities or schools will be given one graduation diploma having both degrees/majors stamped on it. Students will similarly obtain two disconnected graduation diplomas if they have two degrees. Concentrations and minors are never displayed on the graduation diplomas although they will materialize on their records. Second copies of the diplomas may be ordered via the registration and records office at additional charges. Graduation diplomas could be sent to global addresses although a second party will have to collect them on a person’s behalf, in most cases by bringing signed letters from the diploma holder authorizing the person to collect it on the holder’s behalf.
