When you as an owner all of a sudden feel as if you’re working for your managing corporation, it is time to reevaluate that relationship. Interview the company delegates and explain your quandary. Tell them that you’re trying to find a company engaged with integrity and you will not hesitate to try a change. Hear their reasons as to the reasons why you need to pick them. If at any point you suspect they’re making guarantees they cannot keep ( of bookings or quantity of earnings ) or you sense they’re more troubled for themselves than for you… Push on.
